Who Are We?

Veronica Redfield,

ChFEBC^SMRICP®, CEPA®

Veronica Redfield grew up in the small town of Karlstad, MN before moving to Moorhead, MN to attend Minnesota State University of Moorhead while working for US Bank. After graduating in 2004, she continued working for US Bank until entering the financial services industry full time in 2006.

Veronica was married in Jamaica in April 2013 to her husband Shaune and celebrated the birth of their son Easton in January 2018. When she’s not at work, Easton keeps her very busy at home but she loves spending time with her family, friends, and her two pugs, Jackson and Lexi.

Shaune Redfield

Shaune was born and raised in Fargo where he has lived all his life. He graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2000 while working at US Bank before being hired at Multiband and working in the satellite TV industry. Shaune then transitioned to DIRECTV and ATT working in the IT world before joining Veronica at Retirement Resource.

Shaune loves all technology, movies, and music and depending on the season you’ll either find him at the softball diamond or bowling alley.

Sharing the same values and goals as Veronica, their goal is to help everyone that they can to navigate the confusing world of retirement and offer the best possible service along the way.

Molly Guck

Molly was born and raised in Perham, MN and moved permanently to the Fargo-Moorhead area in 2011. She has worked in the customer service industry for 16 years in various roles and is passionate about helping people and making an impact in their lives.

When not at work, she spends time with family and friends, drinks a lot of coffee, loves to watch documentaries, listen to music, bake, and enjoys embroidery/cross stitching.

Echo & Domino

On most days, you will also be greeted by our office greeters. Echo and Domino joined the family in 2023, both as rescues from Turtle Mountain Animal Rescue. They love meeting new people and make sure everyone is welcomed!

Our goal at Fed Resource is to make sure you understand how your financial decisions affect you.

Our President, Veronica, is a fiduciary, which means that she is held to the highest standard for financial advisors. She utilizes a team approach, bringing in strategic partners, as needed.

Our services include Federal Benefit Analysis, income planning, portfolio analysis, tax analysis, second-opinion tax review, asset allocation and more. Maintaining a deep relationship with clients is important to us. Most of our clients meet with us at least twice a year. During each appointment we take a close look at your situation and talk about current and future goals.

At Fed Resource, we understand the value of working with someone you know and trust. In our office you will meet and work with our entire team. We will all be involved in your plan and client experience. We believe in communication, so having someone just a phone call or email away is important.
