Why Us

When you began your employment with the Federal Government, did
you know what benefits you were signing up for, or did you just sign up for the
max of everything because no one guided you or explained the benefit options
available?

Are you contributing enough to TSP? Are you receiving the full
match offered by the Government?

When was the last time you looked at a TSP statement? Do you
even know how to access it?

Are you a FERS or a CSRS employee? Do you even know what that
means?

Do you know when your eligible for a full retirement?

Simply understanding your Federal Benefits is not easy. Add to
that, questions about starting Social Security and what to do with your TSP,
whether you should keep FEGLI, Medicare concerns, and understanding the FERS
Supplement, is more than most Federal Employees can, or want to, handle.

These are only a fraction of the questions we get in our office
when helping Federal Employees prepare for retirement from their Government
employment. We’ll conduct a Federal Benefits Analysis, and work with you to get
your full retirement picture. Then, we’ll help you with the decisions will be
making throughout the rest of your career—and for the rest of your life.
